The General Secretariat of the Constitutional Court is the competent body to hear and process requests for access to information addressed to the Constitutional Court.
Requests for access to information shall be addressed to the General Secretariat of the Constitutional Court through any of the following means:

NOTE: The right of access to public information, which is regulated in Law 19/2013, of December 9th, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, does not extend to information, proceedings and documents relating to the various constitutional processes known by the Constitutional Court in the exercise of its judicial function [art. 2.1.f) Law 19/2013].
