APPLICATION.
The visit is free of charge.
Groups belonging to institutions, universities, secondary schools,
cultural associations or other types of organisations may submit a request. Each organisation may submit up to two
requests per month.
All fields on the form marked with an * must be completed.
Submitting this form does not mean that the visit has been authorised. The Constitutional
Court will contact you to confirm whether the request has been accepted and to
remind you of the access instructions.
PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GROUP.
The application must identify a person responsible for the group, who must
be present on the day of the visit. If it becomes necessary to replace this person, this must be communicated
in advance, as the visit cannot take place without a designated person responsible for the group.
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS.
In principle, a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 30 people are accepted.
If the group is larger, please contact
gabinete.visitas@tribunalconstitucional.es so that your request can be assessed.
VISITING HOURS
Visits take place in the morning, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
BUILDING ACCESS RULES
Attendees must present their ID document.
Access to the Constitutional Court premises will not be permitted with:
- Any type of firearm, gas-powered weapon, compressed-air weapon or imitation weapon, even when the corresponding permits or licences are held.
- Sharp and/or cutting objects or instruments.
- Containers holding liquids, gels or similar substances.
- Any type of self-defence spray and/or paint spray.
- Banners or any type of clothing or leaflets displaying protest messages, regardless of the cause or purpose.
During the visit, attendees must follow the instructions of the guides, ushers
and Court security staff at all times. Any failure to comply with these rules will constitute
justification for removing the person responsible for the infringement from the premises.
THE VISIT
The person responsible for the group and all participants must arrive at the
institution 20 minutes in advance. If at least half of the group is not present at the scheduled time, the visit
may be cancelled.
Furthermore, given the duties performed daily at the Court,
visitors are requested to remain quiet during the visit and to ensure that the group stays
together.
Thank you very much!
