We inform you that you may request access and, if applicable, rectification, restriction, deletion and exercise of the right of opposition through the website of the Constitutional Court: https://www.tribunalconstitucional.es/en/tribunal/Composicion-Organizacion/organizacion/Paginas/04-Responsable-de-Seguridad-de-Datos.aspx. And, where appropriate, you will have the right to lodge a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency when you consider it necessary.

Submission of jurisdictional documents

From here you can submit documents related to all constitutional processes to the electronic registry of the Constitutional Court, including both initiation documents and procedural documents. The submission of these documents requires authentication with an electronic certificate.
