The 11th Meeting of the Constitutional Courts between Spain, Italy and Portugal was held in Lisbon on 8, 9 and 10 October 2009. The Spanish delegation was composed of its President, María Emilia Casas Baamonde, as well as the magistrates, Vicente Conde Martín de Hijas, Javier Delgado Barrio and Eugenio Gay Montalvo.
The three delegations held an intense and fruitful exchange of experiences and opinions under the theme "Property rights in constitutional case-law", based on the documents prepared by the participants.
The presentation of the Spanish paper, which is annexed hereto, was made by Vicente Conde Martín de Hijas, magistrate of the Constitutional Court. The next trilateral meeting - Spain, Italy and Portugal - will be organized by Italy in 2010.
