NOTE Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights set out the rights of the data subject to the personal data concerning him/her, to the rectification of inaccurate data, to the deletion of unnecessary data, to the portability of existing data, to the objection to their processing, as well as to the limitation of the processing of data that may be inaccurate or unnecessary, among other cases (Arts. 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20 EU Regulation; 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 LO 3/2018). To this end, the data subject may address a request to the data controller (General Secretariat of the Constitutional Court: c/ Domenico Scarlatti, 6, 28003 - Madrid).
The request may be submitted in writing to the registry of the Constitutional Court or by using the electronic form available for this purpose below.
